Class Descriptions

Mild / Moderate

Aqua-fit (with Corrina Zhang)- A low impact workout performed in the soothing presence of water. Great for individuals recovering from an injury, beginners seeking fun, infrequent exercisers or fit participants looking for an extra workout.

20/20 (with Corrina Zhang) - Twenty minutes of low impact cardiovascular conditioning followed by twenty minutes of muscular conditioning for a fun-filled & full body workout.

Moderate / Challenging

Steps and Abs (with Janice Saunders)- A choreographed pattern-on-pattern step class followed by abdominal training. Geared towards those individuals looking to burn fat, have fun and workout to great music!

Yoga-fitness (with Corrina Zhang)- will strengthen and tone your entire body and build your flexibility and core strength by combining traditional fitness training and yoga techniques.

Cardio Knockout (with Harmony Touchet) - An intense class using boxing techniques, punches and kicks combined with cardio drills with a strength component.
