GYM AND PERSONAL TRAINING
Upstairs, overlooking the tennis courts and pool is our gym, fully
equipped with cardio-vascular, circuit training and free weight equipment.
Improve and maintain your general fitness or target specific areas
in a spacious, friendly and relaxed environment.
All members are invited to join our free weekly aerobic and aqua-fit
classes for a great balance of fitness and fun. Held either in our
custom designed aerobics room or the pool, our instructors will
have you exercising to today's best music!

Personal Training
If
you would like some extra help, our highly trained, certified and
experienced fitness trainers, Janice Saunders or Corrina Zhang, are
here to assist you. Whether it's sport specific training, post
rehabilitation or just extra motivation, they will design
individual plans for the short or long term to suit your needs.
