The Club is hosting its annual golf tournment at the Mylora Golf Course at Sidaway. This year, it is taking place on Saturday July 23, 2011 with tee off starting at 9:20am. Make up your team of four, and register at the Front Desk. Sign-up deadline is Saturday July 16.
The cost this year is $65 per player and includes your round of golf, a delicious BBQ dinner and plenty of prizes back at the River Club.

The Let’s Squash Leukemia was a great success! Thank you to everyone who came out to support a tournament that supports the Michael Cuccione Foundation, an organization that raises funds for childhood cancer research.
Congratulations to Nick Rodusek (winner of Men’s Div A), Alexandra Toth (winner of Women’s Div A), Andrea Toth (winner of Women’s Div C/D), Yuliy Ilan (winner of Men’s Div B), Andy Leighton (winner of Men’s Div C), and ALL the athletes who competed in the tournament this past week.
Thanks to Viktor Berg, Melanie Jans, and Justin Todd for making a special appearance to support such a worthwhile cause.

Thursday March 31 marked the official end of the winter Thursday night social league. Everyone played well and special thanks go out to Berny Schulz and Barry Atkinson, who did an amazing job organizing the group every week! Thursdays will now be a drop-in social for those who are looking for a game, or to simply hit the ball around with someone new. The drop-in social will continue throughout the summer starting at 6pm until the start of the fall league. Come by for a game!
