These introductory packages are great for those individuals who are self-motivated and are looking for a change in their program or simply to guide them to the next level of fitness. Included: a health screening, goal setting, and a program designed with your needs in mind.

4 sessions (once or twice/week) $186

Quick Fix Packages:
Research has shown that it takes about 12 weeks to make habits part of our lifestyle routine. These packages are geared for those looking to optimize their results in a relatively short period of time. Guaranteed to get you "up and going", safely toward your goals!

24 sessions (2-3 times / week) $1050

Lifestyle Packages:
Great for those serious about a long-term commitment to health and fitness. These in-depth packages are designed to keep you on track with your goals through ongoing support, guidance and motivation.

36 sessions (3 times / week) $1495
